Steps to follow if you want to return or change your order:
1- Write us an email with a maximum of 14 days from the receipt of your order to firstname.lastname@example.org explaining the reason and the order number. Do not forget to put in the subject of the same RETURN / EXCHANGE.
2- We will tell you how to proceed with the return or exchange. All costs will be borne by Ethical Time, with a maximum of 1 exchange / return per order.
3- If the product is in correct conditions, we will return the money or exchange it for another product, depending on the type of return.
* For hygiene reasons we do not accept changes or returns of panties, culottes, thongs and bodies.

We have incorporated the size table in the last photo of all individual products to try to minimize changes in size as much as possible and thus reduce CO2 emissions.
