HOW MUCH ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?

Spain (Peninsula)
    • free shipping from 60€. Orders under € 60 have a cost of € 4,95.

Canary and Balearic Islands
    • Balearic Islands: Free shipping from 100€. Orders under € 100 have a cost of € 5,95.
    • Canary Islands: Free shipping from 120€. Orders under € 120 have a cost of € 9,95.

Rest of Europe
    • free shipping from 150€. Orders under € 150 have a cost of € 9,95.

We do not have established prices for international orders, but you can write to us at info@ethicaltime.com and we will manage the shipment wherever you are.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS CAN I USE?

Ethical Time offers the possibility of making payments with your credit, debit card or through your Paypal account.

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER? WHAT IS THE RETURN, EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY?

Steps to follow if you want to return or change your order:

1- Write us an email with a maximum of 14 days from the receipt of your order to info@ethicaltime.com explaining the reason and the order number. Do not forget to put in the subject of the same RETURN / EXCHANGE.

2- We will tell you how to proceed with the return or exchange. All costs will be borne by Ethical Time, with a maximum of 1 exchange / return per order.

3- If the product is in correct conditions, we will return the money or exchange it for another product, depending on the type of return.

* For hygiene reasons we do not accept changes or returns of panties, culottes, thongs and bodies.

DO YOU SHIP TO EUROPE?

Yes. Shipping to Europe is free from € 150. Orders under € 150 have a cost of € 9,95.

DO YOU SHIP TO THE CANARY ISLANDS AND THE BALEARIC ISLANDS?

Yes. Shipments to the Balearic Islands are free from € 100. Orders under € 100 have a cost of € 5,95.

For the Canary Islands, shipments are free from € 120. Orders under € 120 have a cost of € 9,95.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We currently do not place international orders, but if you are interested in an item you can send us an email to info@ethicaltime.com and we will offer you an option to send it to you.

WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES? HOW LONG DOES MY ORDER TAKE?

Delivery times for Spain are between 3 and 5 business days, with the exception of islands, which can take up to 7 business days. For the rest of Europe, between 5 and 12 business days depending on the country of destination.

Due to the extraordinary current situation, shipments may take a little time, thanks for your understanding.

SIZE CHANGES AND RETURNS. WHAT IF THE CLOTHES DON'T FIT ME?

Size changes and returns are free to the customer with a maximum of 1 change or return per order. Being able to request within 14 days after receiving the order.

We have incorporated the size table in the last photo of all individual products to try to minimize changes in size as much as possible and thus reduce CO2 emissions.

* For hygiene reasons, it is not possible to change panties, culottes, thongs or bodies.

HOW CAN I FOLLOW MY ORDER?

After placing the order we will send you an email (check the spam tray) with the confirmation thereof and once the products leave the warehouse (it is not automatic, we will send you an email with the order completed with the link to "View lost" and "follow up", there it will refer you to the link of the carrier associated with your order.

HOW CAN I CANCEL OR MODIFY MY ORDER?

Once the order is placed, you will not be able to change the chosen product or the size from your private area. You also cannot cancel it from there. For any such change it is necessary that you write to us at info@ethicaltime.com with the changes you wish to make and we will change it manually.

You can only cancel your order if it has not yet left the warehouse.

ARE TAXES INCLUDED IN THE PRICE?

Yes. All taxes are included in the price.

WHERE IS MY ORDER SENT FROM AND WHY DO I RECEIVE SEPARATE GARMENTS?

Ethical Time facilitates the connection between real sustainable fashion brands and consumers. For this reason, each sale occurs between the brand and the community member.
Packages are shipped from brand warehouses. For this reason, you will receive different packages if you place an order with products from different brands.
